Fun times this week!

This Picture Cracks me up! I am totally going to put this one on her wedding video someday, it's just perfect! I did Lola's hair like Alfalfa once when she was about Ray's age, so I decided to try it on him. As soon as Lola saw what I was doing, she wanted in on it too, so I slicked her hair down with lotion, then she decided she wanted to wear daddy's glasses, which I think was a great idea. I Love the face she is making, it's so her! Ray just looks like; "my sister is so crazy, but I think I like it!"
I Love Ray's face in this one!

I Just bought this new shirt for Lola, when she saw it she was so excited. She said, " like daddy have, we be twins!" She wanted her picture taken with daddy in their matching shirts, she is such a girl!

Last night I was picking some peaches off our tree and Lola was helping me put them in a basket. I could hear her behind me saying; " you having a tea party all by you self?" Then, she said; "Look Mom! Ray's having a tea party! When I turned around, this is what she had done! She is really into tea parties right now, I think Ray is too!

cbcg Photography, What?

So my sister Chellese Bunker (cb) and I (cg) are starting a photography business, I know, kinda crazy, we have been keeping it on the low down, cuz we don't have our photography blog all set up yet, but we are really excited. We are running special mini sessions right now, it's a great time to get Halloween pictures, or any pictures you may want/need, family, x-mas cards, fall pictures, etc. e-mail me if you are interested @ carriegoldbear@yahoo.com The cost of the mini session is $75.00 for a 30 min session, where you recieve a high resolution disc of your images (15 are included) and one 8x10 of your choice. Also, we are having a launch party next month, stay tuned for great deals, free food and giveaways.

Blah, Blah, blogging!

I haven't really taken very many pictures but these ones make me laugh. Lola loves Ray so much, she is always asking if she can hold him, then she wants me to take their picture. Ray surprisingly enough likes her back.
Simetimes I'm not sure why he likes her, but she is still the one who can get the best laughs out of him, they are so funny/cute together, she wants to include him in everything she does, I really hope they will always be close friends.
She does give the best hugs and kisses though!
Last Sunday we came home from Stake confrence and were about to eat dinner and we hear Lola say, "my nose bloody" Sure enough it was, when we went into the bathroom to clean her up it was bleeding pretty good so Tony decided it would be a good idea to stick toilet paper up Lola's nose. Lola didn't think it was a very good idea though, she wouldn't have it, until daddy asked if he should do it too, then it was cool, no problem! Lola has an addiction to picking her nose, I don't know how to break her of it, any suggestions?
I don't know why, but for the last few weeks I've had no disire to blog, I don't know, If I have slipped into depression because summer is over or what? So I hope I can get back into the swing of things. We have had some exciting things happen in the last two weeks. First off, Lola is no longer wearing a diaper, yippee! I think the trick for her was that I stopped buying her size, so she was squeezing her bubble bum into baby Rays size 3 diapers, she kept saying, "My bums crackin" and "dis buggin me" it worked like a gem. I didn't make her do it or anything she just went in the bathroom without me knowing and yelled to me that she pooped and I was shocked! She has done really well, and I am so excited for her. She wants to pick out a bike and she also has her eye on a basket that you attach onto the handle bars. I don't know how she even knows about that kind of stuff, I think she is more excited about getting the basket than the bike. I don't know, maybe I should bag the bike and just get her the basket, I'm sure she will want to carry it all over town! We also got a new washer and dryer, Yeah baby! Tony signed a year contract with Rite Aid so we will be here for at least two more years. We have a leaky roof, not so exciting, but we are getting a new one so that will be fun, except for all the work part! (Did I mention that our house is almost 100 years old, we have layers and layers of old shingles to tear off, ugh!)

She's full of it!

Tonight Lola came up to me and said, " Mom, look my kids, they cute kids huh?"
Then she was putting them all over herself and asking me to take pictures of her and her "cute kids".
She thinks she is so neat when she comes up with these ideas, I just know it!
After this picture she was holding the monkey and the frog up to her chest and said,
"I'm feeding my kids Mom, take a picture". I declined.
Some other funny/cute/smart things Lola has said and done this week are: Tonight I was giving her a bath she laid back and dunked her head under the water when she came up she said, "like Jesus do, and like Chase do" She went to my Nephew Chases baptism, it was months ago and we have never mentioned it since, it really is amazing the minds these little people are blessed with. This morning she was in the other room and I was listening to her talk to herself ,or at least I thought she was talking to herself, then I peeked around the corner and she was talking to the three bears on the mobile on the baby swing, she was saying, "you have poopy bum? need a wipe? ok" She had a wipe and asked each bear those questions then wiped each of their tiny bums, she always gets me! She is so sweet, funny, spunky, crazy, naughty, loving, thoughtful, and stinkin cute, I don't know what I would do without her in my life!
Things she says that I will be so sad when she can say the right way:
amember (remember)
yestaday (yesterday)
bay Ray (baby Ray)
Peas (please)
Ganks (Thanks)
kampa (Grandpa)
Aunt sheesh (aunt Chellese)
puter (computer)
My bums cackin ( when her diaper gives her a wedgie)
We love the way Lola says "yes" right now, I don't know how to explain it, but it is so cute, she sounds like a little southern bell, she has such a cute, sweet, little voice.
There are so many funny things she says and does, but I can't think of anymore right now, I need to be better at writing things down so I won't forget.
We were watching the Olympics and Lola said, "what that?" I said; "it's a runner in the Olympics in China" she said; "oh, I know China, I like China!" She kills me.

Sweet Deals, St.George, and Poison control!

Last weekend we went to St. George for the first time since we moved, and it was so fun, we didn't want to leave. We went with Tony's family for a wedding. We love it there so much, we had such a great time swimming and eating good food, we wish we had more time so we could have visited with some old friends. While we were there I wanted to do some shopping, I just had to share these sweet deals I got. I bought twenty seven items for my kids at old navy for $51.00 my average on each item was $1.91, isn't that flippin amazing?! I even bought stuff for my next baby girl, even though I don't know if I will get another one (no, I'm not pregnant.....yet!) I couldn't resist, so cute and under two bucks c'mon! Thanks Dick and Jane!
Tony and I even went on a date (mini date for a slice of pizza and a little walk) thanks again Dick and Jane!
This was Ray after Lola decided to feed him toothpaste, he has NEVER smelled so fresh!
I read on the toothpaste; "if swallowed more than the amount used for brushing, contact poison control" I was a little worried, but they said he would have had to of swallowed 4 Tablespoons, I knew he didn't eat that much, because most of it was on him. I don't know what to do with Lola, she is in to everything!
We went to Tucanos for Tony's dad's Birthday, it was so good. Ray was loving the watermelon, I have a video of him eating it, but it's kinda long, he would let out a squeal everytime Tony took it away from his mouth, he is so cute.
We also went swimming on his birthday at Tony's Grandparents pool, it's really fun, it has a slide and a diving board. Lola insisted on wearing her swim diaper cover over her swimsuit, it kept filling up with water, but you know, she has to have her fashion say about everything.

Don't mind where Tony's hand is, he was just about to squish the water out of Lola's Bum pants!
Grandma Jane bought Lola this sweet floating swimsuit, we think she looks like a body builder in it. She also wants to wear this around town.

She looks kinda crazy in this picture, but I still think she is cute.

Parkin it up!

Ok, so trying to get pictures of Lola at the park was no easy feat. I was literally running after her to get them, but I think I got some cute ones. The coloring isn't very good because the red slide was reflecting onto her pale skin. I love the summer!
She was running the entire time, I love this age, when they can really enjoy themselves.
I thought this one was funny, she was talking to herself, trying to climb up the ladder. she almost fell off every time, scarey!
Cheesin the best way she knows how.
I Love this one, it's my favorite.
She was flying down the slide, she caught some wicked air a couple of times.
I feel bad I don't take as many pitures of Ray, but it seems like they always look the same. He's always just sitting there with his cute little face. I promise Ray, I love you just as much as Lola.

Carrot face, and pink haired lady!!!

So this was the first time I gave Ray carrots and he wasn't so sure about them, after every spoonful he would spit with his tongue out and get carrots all over me and everything else. I love to feed this kid, he always sticks his hands in his mouth and makes the cutest faces, he is so fun.
Lola is always wanting me to take her picture next to baby Ray, I never get them smiling, but I think it's so cute, she has to hold his hand all the time, and he hates it. He is always trying to squirm and wiggle free, but she holds on so tight (I'm sure this is why he doesn't like it) Maybe someday they will understand eachother, I hope!
This was last night, Lola had to wear her tutu to bed, and the biker t-shirt Grandma Lana gave her (she's our little grunge princess) she's always trying to put a spin on fashion, I dig it!

Today I was inspired! I let Lola use the washable markers while I read some tutorials online. When I went to check on her she had colored the backs of her hands pink and layed on them. Some of the color rubbed off on her hair and I decided to go for it, and I put a stripe of pink in her hair, but when I showed her herself in the mirror, she asked for more! I don't know what I was thinking, her hands wouldn't wash off all the way, but I was willing to risk it for a little fun, I think she looks like such a cute little punk! Luckily it all washed right out of her hair, and it was kinda fun, it turned the bathwater pink, I think I'm on to something here!
Right after we washed it out, she said she wanted her hair orange! (maybe tomorrow!)

One more angle!

The 24th Marysvale style!

After several attempts at a family picture, this is what we got. I love how none of us are looking at the camera, I wonder when/if the day will come when we will be able to get a good one?! Happy 24th from the profile fam!
This was on our way home, I think he is so cute!

This is Lola with her cousin Jesse. She loved all of his toys, but she especially loved his tractor. (they fought over pretty much EVERYTHING!) It took her a little while to figure out how to drive it, then we couldn't get her off of it. (thankfully the battery died!)
Lola being sad that her driver (Jesse) left.
That's better!Daddy and Lola right after they caught a fish at the annual fish Rodeo. This is hilarious, just picture about 100 kids running around screaming trying to catch a fish with their bare hands, it really is a must see, soo funny!
She is so burned out after chasing those fish with Dad.
Dad having fun during a diaper change. Ray, not having fun during a diaper change!
Lola had a series of meltdowns at the park! She had so many fun prizes from the fishpond and other fun games, that she couldn't handle not being able to open all of them. Life is hard for this beach babe!
